We are based at - and consequently specialise in - the world famous La Manga Golf & Tennis Club, in Murcia, Spain.

From the initial fact find we aim to establish where and how much you wish to invest. We then start our search. We look at local issues including lifestyle, accessibility, cost of living, amenities, general way of life and cultural differences. Once it is established that the venue is correct we would expect to narrow down the list of properties to view - appropriate to your needs and wishes.

Personalised Viewing Trip

After completing our scouting mission, the next step is to organise a personalised viewing trip. This usually lasts for 3-4 days, during which you will experience the local culture and decide if this is the location for you. Once this decision is made we will go on to visit the properties and establish that these match the given criteria.

Buying Process Through to After Sales

Our experienced negotiating skills are available to be used during the buying process.

As and when you have decided to purchase a property we guide you through the buying process, making the procedure as smooth as possible. We offer an after sales service which can assist with your requirements for furnishings, gardening, pool maintenance and anything else you may require to make your new property a home.
