A good start for an estate agency!  Over the years we realized that the one thing that interested us most was the excitement of the property business. The high state of emotions it can cause and the ultimate satisfaction of people eventually finding their dream home fascinates us. Put this energy into the perfect climate and a great location and you’ll find we chose to base our business at the world famous La Manga golf and tennis resort.

Helen and I have worked together for 13 years and share a similar approach to the intricate, yet tremendously rewarding, process of putting our clients on the road to securing their place in the sun. We come from a background of the challenging world of financial services. After a few years we got the travel bug and soon realized we wanted to live in Spain. We quickly fell in love with the beautiful climate and friendly local people. This was our first exposure to the world of overseas property purchasing. In those heady days it seemed to be a simple matter of getting people to jump on a plane and during a hectic “Inspection Visit” they would be bused round until they surrendered. Watching from a distance at this time we decided that if we opened our own business it would be much better to treat people how we would wish to be treated ourselves Ie we would like to be put in a position to make an informed choice at our leisure given all the facts both good and sometimes, if necessary, bad.

We also acknowledge that no two buyers are the same and provide a truly personal service. Being a husband and wife team we are in the unique position of being able to view a potential property for purchase from both a male and female perspective. Given that these differing needs have to be satisfied, we take the time and make the effort to arm our clients with sufficient knowledge to make an informed choice.  Buying a property abroad is a big decision but one that can be made more easily by understanding the whole process enabling you to look forward to taking possession of the property in the knowledge that there will be no unpleasant surprises.
