Albatros is a small group of individual villas in a quiet cul de sac. Each villa has a private garden and swimming pool. A peaceful location.
Los Altos
Built over a hillside with spectacular far reaching views, this long established development is split into two communities. With a total number of ninety villas set in beautiful landscaped gardens these two, three and four bedroom villas share five community swimming pools. Located close to the Tennis Centre and within walking distance to many of La Manga Club facilities this is a popular community for families.
Bellaluz
A large, long established community with two hundred and fifty seven properties ranging from studios to four bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom villas. The properties are set close to a central, recently refurbished, square (Plaza). This provides a great meeting place with a variety of shops and restaurants available, including a chemist and a small supermarket. Other facilities include a twenty five metre solar heated swimming pool with a childrens´ pool and play area, extensive grounds with sun loungers and a pool bar that operates throughout the summer months. Las Brisas

La Colina
Centrally located, this small community of fourteen two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes is set in spacious grounds around a large swimming pool. The development is within walking distance to many facilities within La Manga Club.
El Coto Del Golf
One of the newest developments of properties within La Manga Club this community is divided into four phases and sits alongside the fourth and fifth holes of the North Golf Course. These luxury apartments, townhouses and villas have southerly aspects giving all year round sun and great views across both the North and South Golf courses and the surrounding hills beyond. El Coto apartments have their own Jacuzzi or splash pool and the Terrazas Del Coto also benefit from an indoor heated community swimming pool. El Forestal
This is an established community of individual luxury villas set on the edge of La Manga Club within close proximity to La Cala beach. The properties are set in a quiet cul de sac location. All have extensive grounds with swimming pools and wonderful views.
Golf Bungalows
The Golf Bungalows sit adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel and the first tee of the South Golf Course. These thirty six bungalow style properties, many of which have been refurbished, have wonderful views across the golf course and beyond. Conveniently located close to many of the resorts amenities they also benefit from a communal swimming pool and large grassed area for sunbathing.
Hacienda Del Golf
This development is centrally located yet private. A small community of modern apartments, duplexes, townhouses and semi detached villas all set around a large landscaped central swimming pool area with a children’s section. There is ample space for sunbathing and for children to play. Being also within easy reach of many resort facilities this community is popular with families.
Las Higueras
Fifty two, two, three and four bedroom individual villas set in a mature and tranquil setting. Each villa has a private garden with a splash pool, sun terraces, covered car port and a roof terrace for all day long sunshine. This community is popular with couples and mature families.
Mirador Del Mar
Sitting on an elevated position high above the North course these recently constructed luxury apartments and penthouses are contemporary in style. They benefit from an indoor heated swimming pool with retractable roof and doors for the summer months. Outdoor communal areas can be found both beside the swimming pool and on the huge roof terrace. The views are spectacular over La Manga Club and the countryside to the Mar Menor and its islands in the distance. This community is popular with couples.
Los Miradores
This was one of the first communities to be built at La Manga club. Properties range from studios to three bedroom apartments. Many properties have been refurbished. Built in an elevated position the apartments have spectacular views across the North and South Golf Courses and beyond to the Mar Menor Sea and surrounding hills.
Los Molinos
This is another community that is set on a hillside giving superb views across La Manga Club and down to the Mar Menor Sea. There are one hundred and fifty one, two and three bedroom villas set amongst spacious and picturesque landscaped gardens incorporating two life size ornamental windmills (Molinos) all adding to the charm of the community. Pathways lead to a very large communal swimming pool area complete with bridge over the pool and waterfall. There is a separate children’s pool. Adjacent to this area is a poolside bar and a popular lunchtime restaurant that opens seasonally. This community is very popular with families.
Monte Claro
Monte Claro is a centrally located community, close to the Las Sabinas commercial centre and within walking distance of the Tennis Centre. It consists of a Pueblo of seventeen three storey townhouses all situated around a beautifully landscaped and spacious swimming pool area and thirteen individual villas with private gardens and swimming pools.
Montemares
One of the newer communities Montemares is set on the edge of La Manga Club close to the Mediterranean. In an elevated position it has wonderful views across the golf courses and beyond to the countryside and the Mar Menor. This community includes individual villas in their own plots with private swimming pools and in addition a number of two, three and four bedroom apartments and duplexes set around a large communal swimming pool area.
Monte Verde
Built on a hillside this community´s properties have spectacular far reaching panoramic views across La Manga Club and beyond to the Mar Menor. Monte Verde has two storey community villas and two bedroom apartment and penthouses. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one which is heated, with excellent terrace areas. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool together with a Jacuzzi and private gym.
Los Naranjos
Located at the heart of La Manga Club and made up of two communities. Los Naranjos I features three and four bedroom individual villas with private swimming pools. Los Naranjos II comprises three and four bedroom link detached villas with two communal swimming pools, one of which is heated, set in landscaped gardens.
Los Olivos
At the heart of La Manga Club and within easy reach of many of the resorts facilities you will find Los Olivos which is made up of one hundred and two, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses. These properties have fantastic views over the Tennis Club to the Mar Menor and the La Manga Strip beyond. The penthouses also have sunny upper terraces with views towards the West Golf Course. Las Palmeras
Situated in a fairly central yet peaceful location this community has just twenty nine apartments. They are set in landscaped gardens with a community swimming pool overlooking the picturesque Par 47 Pitch and Putt Course.
Las Palmitas
This is a very small community of fourteen two and three bedroom community villas set in a particularly tranquil setting with a heated community swimming pool and adjoining sun terrace. Set on a hillside they command good views across La Manga Club and beyond.
El Pinar
El Pinar is made up of two, three and four bedroom apartments and duplexes set in an elevated position with superb views to the golf courses and surrounding hillsides. The landscaped grounds and an outdoor swimming pool with adjacent sunbathing area provide a pretty central point for the community.
El Rancho
This community is made up of one hundred and fifty villas of one, two, three and four bedrooms all set in spacious and beautifully landscaped garden areas. Set in a quiet location the properties have great views over the La Manga Club and the Mar Menor and La Manga Strip beyond. Las Reinas
Adjacent to the Tennis Centre this small collection of individual villas sit in their own plots with gardens and swimming pools. They enjoy views across La Manga club and beyond to the Mar Menor.
Viewpoint
Viewpoint is another very small community of just nine individual villas with their own private gardens and swimming pools. Far reaching views beyond the golf courses to the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean can be seen as the properties are set on a hillside.
Individual Villas
Individually designed and set in their own grounds these villas can be found around the North and South Golf Courses of the La Manga Club. Some properties have front line golf locations. They all vary in size and facilities, most have an individual swimming pool within their private gardens and some have their own tennis courts.

Las Atalayas
Located next to the Hyatt Las Lomas Village and currently under construction this community is comprised of pretty townhouses clustered around a communal swimming pool. The facilities that surround Las Lomas are close at hand including the Spa.
Bella Vista
Located adjacent to the facilities of Bellaluz Plaza, Bella Vista is currently under construction. The development comprises of just six contemporary style villas.
Buena Vista
Recently completed and just being handed over to owners this community is set high up above the North Golf Course with spectacular views and year round sunshine. There are seventy two apartments, penthouses and duplexes sharing a communal outdoor swimming pool area and twenty one villas with their own individual gardens and swimming pools. Monte Leon
